1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Quartz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Quartz, including closed-beta participants.
2. Beta status
Quartz is currently in beta. This means the product is under active development and is not yet at full release quality. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or service interruptions.
No SLA applies during beta. We make no guarantees of uptime, data durability, or feature availability. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but we recommend maintaining your own records for anything critical.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Quartz to store, transmit, or process unlawful content.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service without permission.
- Use the service in a way that impairs performance for other users.
- Share your beta access credentials with others unless explicitly permitted.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Quartz accounts are personal and non-transferable.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may stop using Quartz and request deletion of your data via the contact page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
6. No warranty
Quartz is provided “as is” during the beta period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — TBD]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
